Rise Against Red Rocks Amphitheatre Concert reviews
stockracer Jun 01, 2026First Metallica Show
The band was great other than that. It would have been nice to hear the drum sound properly. This may have been the worst mix ever. The mixing board was not run properly, which led to a poorly balanced mix through the PA System - the vocals and other instruments were overpowered by the drum sound. I like the fact that they are looser on stage and not so machine-like. Doing a concert in the round is a cool way to do it as well, but perhaps that presents a challenge for the folks running the sound board. This show would have been beyond awesome if only the whole band was heard properly.
